Coaching for Connection, Certainty, and Autonomy
This course empowers participants with strategies to establish psychological safety, enabling risk-taking, open communication, and idea-sharing. By course end, participants will have a solid understanding of David Rock's SCARF model and be able to apply its principles to help themselves and others cope, gain control, and exercise resilience. Participants will leave with a toolbox of strategies for increasing engagement, building connections, and fostering more effective communication and collaboration.
